There isn’t much information available online about this brewery. According to the information in American Breweries II the brewery was founded by Joseph Gambs in 1901. The name changed to Traverse City Brewing Co. in 1903. We found a Michigan Department of labor directory from 1914 that showed the date that the brewery opened and that they had 8 men working for them.
